Braddock County Covenant (12/10/2015)
General:
To enable you and ourselves to remain safe while participating in this community, We request that you read through all of these rules and also abide by the Linden Labs ToS located at LL TOS.
1. No Sexual activity with or around Child Avatars, Failure to comply will result in immediate ban and reporting to Linden Labs.
2. No Nudity or Sexual content in ANY Community/Public areas.
3. Be respectful of your neighbours/other residents, No walking into their homes uninvited or griefing them, Issues with such should be immediately reported to a member of the management team.
4. No griefing of any kind, This could be in form of a scripted object and/or HUD, or generally being a nuisance rezzing items in another residents home.

Rental Information:
Prices are as Follows:
Residential rentals are 2.10 L per prim.
Commercial rentals are 2.50 L per prim. – Discounted rate for non-profit business, requested once rented.
Prim allowance:
We will allow up to 260 prims on lots with no higher than 1499 prims.
We will allow up to 310 prims on lots with 1500 and over.
To enable the additional prim allowance, you will need to request this with the exact amount of prims required for your building, you will not get the maximum allowance, unless your building is this amount.
Residential:
1. As the main renter, You are responsible for adding additional tenants, In doing so you could be held accountable for certain actions they may take within Braddock County.
2. Be sure to only add Family or friends that are actually living with you in Braddock, If non-residents wish to rez, We offer a service in which to do so for a small fee with a limit for around the amount of prims for a car.
3. Only the main renter can request/authorise changes to their home, However special permission can be given under certain circumstances where a sub-tenant may which will allow them to request changes on your behalf
4. NO refund policy is enforced, under extreme circumstances would one be offered at the discretion of the County owner.
5. Rent is to be paid on time, failure to do so, will result in eviction after the 6 hours grace period. – If additional time is required, please make contact before end of rental period.
6. We have a policy of a maximum of 2 Breedables/prim babies/prim pets in your home, anymore than this could result in returns.
7. The CasperLet Rental system will count your prims for you, ensure anyone you allow to rez in your home is on your rental box.
8. All vehicles to be kept on your own driveway/garage when not in use, unless part of RP, do not leave it on the road without being nearby otherwise resulting in being returned.
9. Privacy screens or security orbs are not permitted, you do however have permission to ban anyone you do not wish to be in your home and/or set to group, do not lot down to access list, contact support if you are having issues with a griefer.
Transfers:
Transfers can be requested a maximum of once a month, additional transfers will incur a fee.

House swaps/Changes:
1. House swaps can be requested at beginning of rental, please ensure you submit all house swap requests via the ticket system located at www.braddockcounty.org/tickets
2. Colour changes/alterations can be requested upon rental, you will be informed if these changes cannot be made, please ensure you submit your request via the ticket system located at www.braddockcounty.org/tickets
